Schedule of freelance jobs window

Schedule of Freelance Jobs window displays job schedules of all the freelancers in the database. This particular schedule can be used to get the picture of all freelance jobs for the specified period. At a glance you see what jobs need immediate attention.

To open Schedule of Freelance Jobs window click Schedule of Freelance Jobs icon in the Freelancers section of Navigation Panel. For more information on schedules please see Using Schedules topic.

Job schedules colors

Just like the jobs they represent, job schedule bars can have different colors, depending on the statuses of respective jobs:

Green — freelance job is not completed yet, but its deadline is in the future.

Blue — freelance job is not completed and due today.

Red — freelance job is not completed and overdue (its deadline is in the past).

Grey — freelance job is completed.

Filtering schedules of freelance jobs

Use Job Status filter to display schedules of freelance jobs only with certain status,

Use Project Manager filter to display schedules of freelance jobs only led by certain project managers.
