General

On the General tab of the Projetex 7.0 Server Administrator Corporate Settings window you can set base currency, determine payment terms for freelancers, and customize postal address view.

General tab opens automatically when you switch to Corporate Settings tab of the Projetex 7.0 Server Administrator.

Changing Base Currency

To set/change base currency, click the Base Currency: button. Edit Base Currency dialog box appears (you will need to confirm the editing, if any financial records in base currency already exist):

Select desired currency using the Currency drop-down list and click OK button.

Freelancer Payment Terms

To set/change payment terms for freelancers click Freelance Payment Terms: button. Freelance Payment Terms option allows you to set default payment terms with freelancer, which are used when you create new freelance expert. Payment terms of particular expert may differ; they can be edited in Expert Profile tab of Main tab in Freelancer window.

Freelance payment terms are applied when determining whether some invoice of freelancer is due for payment.

Additional Notes field serves to clarify some custom terms or define the Unknown/Other option.

Postal Address Format

To customize view of the postal address (the way it will be displayed in invoices, Pos and other documents) click Postal Address Format: button. In the Postal Address Format window you can change the order of postal address fields (like country, city, ZIP code and so on.) using Move Up and Move Down buttons. You can also enter a delimiter for Postal Address fields in the Address Fields Delimiter text box.
