Freelance Jobs window

All freelance jobs stored in the database are listed in the Freelance Jobs window. The options available for this window are the same as those for Corporate Jobs tab of Project window. The major differences are:

– Freelance Jobs window displays all freelance jobs of all projects.

– New freelance jobs cannot be created using this window.

– Existing freelance jobs cannot be deleted using this window.

To open Freelance Jobs window click Freelance Jobs icon in the Projects section of Navigation Panel.

Freelance Jobs statuses

Color of the freelance jobs in the list is determined by their status. By default these are:

Also, if a job has any status other than Normal, it will be highlighted either in red or in green:

Note: Status colors can be configured b clicking menu Settings > Current user and then clicking Colors: Status. See Colors: Status topic for details.

Note: You can change status of any job with the help of Optional Status drop-down list in Edit Job window. See Creating client jobs topic for details.

Filtering Freelance Jobs

Using Status drop-down list you can select to view only jobs with a particular status: vacant, not completed, due today and so on.

Using PO Issued drop-down list you can select to view only jobs for which purchase order was issued or these, for which was not issued, or free jobs.
