_bm0 Access Roles

Access roles are presets of access configuration for a number of users with similar access to Projetex 7.0 windows and tabs. These presets can later be used to quickly assign access rights to new users or change access rights of existing users.

To open Access Roles tab click Access Roles in the left part of the Corporate Settings window

 

Creating a new Access Role

1. Click New button. New Access Role window opens.

2. Specify the Position name the role is created for.

3. Specify the access to:

Projetex 7.0 Navigator;
Projetex 7.0 windows with multiple tabs;
Possibility to view AHC (Average Hourly Cost) data of all corporate experts for any project manager selecting Show AHC data option.

4. Click OK to save changes or click Cancel to discard.
